This page explains what information Radiant Glow handles when you use radiantglowpk.com, and why.
You place an order by sending us a message in WhatsApp. It contains your name, delivery address and city, any note you add, the products you chose and the total. WhatsApp also shows us your phone number, as it does in any chat. We use these details only to confirm your order, deliver it and contact you about it. To deliver your order, we share your name, address and phone number with our courier.
Your cart, your wishlist and a copy of your recent orders are kept in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us. The site also keeps a copy of its pages on your device so it loads faster. You can remove all of this at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site.
We accept cash on delivery. This website never asks for or stores card or bank details.
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and sets no cookies. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and it loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare. Like any website, these services see your device's internet address when your browser loads them. Your order message is sent through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the details from your order.
