Return and refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 15 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Who should use niacinamide?
All skin type, especially Oily and Acne-prone skin.
Can you use vitamin C and niacinamide together?
No, we recommend using Niacinamide and vitamin C separately because both ingredients are high-concentrated and it can be caused too much irritation to skin.
What should I do if I experience irritation?
If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult with a dermatologist. You might want to start using the serum every other day to allow your skin to adjust.
Is the serum tested on animals?
No, our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Can I use this serum with other skincare products?
Absolutely! This serum can be easily incorporated into your existing skincare routine. However, avoid using it with products containing high concentrations of Vitamin C at the same time, as it may reduce the effectiveness of the ingredients.
Who should use/not use niacinamide?
It’s good for all skin types. Although we recommend The Niacinamide 15 Serum for oily and acne skin. However, it can be used for dry skin.
What does the Radiant Glow Niacinamide 15% Face Serum do?
The serum targets multiple skin concerns, including tan removal, brightening, hydration, reducing pigmentation, and improving overall skin health. It’s an all-in-one solution for a radiant, even-toned complexion.
What can I use niacinamide with?
Anything goes with niacinamide, but it is best when paired with BHA or Propolis.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?
If your tracking number isn’t working, there could be a few reasons:
- Processing Time: It can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. Please check again later.
- Carrier Delays: Sometimes, the shipping carrier may experience delays in updating tracking information. This is common during peak shipping periods.
